Are you ready to transition from a busy spring into a relaxing summer? This two hour restorative workshop will allow you to slow down and put your body in park. Emily will offer a guided meditation, breath work and additional techniques that can be used to quiet your mind, even when you're outside of the yoga studio. Postures will be supported by snug props and your senses will be soothed with hands on adjustments, candlelight and essential oils.
