You may be familiar with the chakras and how these energy centers in the body are linked to your practice and your daily life. Just as each chakra affects your practice, so do aspects of your personality. This workshop will offer you insights into how the nine personality types in the Enneagram system can help you become more balanced, grounded, and at ease
both on and off your mat.
You will begin by taking a short, fun personality inventory to help discover your dominant type, and Michael will outline the nine types in simple, easy to understand terms. Once you have a little insight into your type and how the Enneagram works as a whole, we will go through a slow, meditative flow that will touch upon each of the nine types, where they tend to manifest themselves in the body, and what each one needs to focus on in order to feel more balanced and liberated.
