The Yin Experience is a 90-minute, slower-paced practice designed to help you step out of the constant movement of daily life and into a more intentional, inward space.

Unlike more active styles of yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on longer-held passive postures that gently work into the deeper layers of the body, including the connective tissues and joints.

This approach supports mobility, improves flexibility over time, and allows the body to release built-up tension in a more sustainable way.

Beyond the physical benefits, Yin creates space for stillness—giving the nervous system an opportunity to settle and the mind a chance to quiet.

This monthly experience is designed to offer that pause—whether you’re looking to complement a more active practice, support recovery, or simply carve out time to slow down.

Sound healing uses gentle vibrational frequencies to guide the body into deep relaxation, helping to quiet the mind and release built-up tension. Paired with Reiki, a subtle yet powerful energy practice, this experience creates space to reset, restore, and reconnect.

The vibrations of the sound bowls can support circulation, ease physical discomfort, and encourage the body’s natural healing response. Throughout the session, we also work with the body’s energy centers to promote balance across the physical, emotional, and energetic layers—leaving you feeling more grounded, clear, and at ease.
